ILOILO CITY, Philippines – SM Development Corporation (SMDC) strengthened its commitment to Jaro, Iloilo City through a landmark partnership with South Balibago Waterworks. The Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) signing ceremony, held last, July 18, 2025, was graced by Cristina Isabelle Alejandro, President of South Balibago Waterworks, and City Councilor Nene Dela on behalf of Hon. Raisa S. Treñas Chu, Mayor of Iloilo City. The event highlighted the critical role of water as the “lifeline of homes and the foundation of health.”
